How to Order

Order online or for personal assistance with placing your order, please contact us.

Printing Methods

  • Most of our personalized paper products are printed using thermography, which is a process which provides a beautiful raised lettering effect. Envelope flaps and holiday cards are flat printed. Foil stamping is an option for some holiday cards and many accessory items.

  • Total Production Time / Shipping

  • Most Nuart wedding invitations, stationery, anniversary products, baby products, greeting cards and special occasion invitations will ship in approximately 4-5 business days.  Proofs and hand processed orders add an additional 4-5 business days to production time. Production time may be longer during busy wedding and holiday seasons, so please order early in case of seasonal or stock delays.

  • Please remember that shipping time is in addition to production time. Depending on where you are located, this will mean an additional 2-7 business days for your order to arrive once it has shipped. Faster shipping service is available upon request. Most delivery services cannot deliver to a P.O. Box address. Please provide a street mailing address when placing your order. Expedited shipping is available.

    What is our Guarantee Policy?

  • We guarantee your order will be printed exactly as you order it, and as quickly as possible.  It is our goal to provide the finest quality products, quick turn-around, personal service, expert advice, and accurate attention to every detail of your order. If you have a special request or need to clarify how to print your order, please contact us. Orders placed online without additional instructions will be typeset and printed according to best etiquette at our discretion.

  • From time to time, delays and errors may occur that are out of our control. Even in such circumstances, we will work diligently to stay on top of the situation and correct it so you can receive your order in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with the availability date. In the event of a manufacturing or printing error, we will correct the problem by reprinting and reshipping free of charge.

  •  Optional Charges 

    Colored ink - $7.50 per item group ordered

    Corner Copy - $8.50

    Black and white e-mailed reading proofs - $7.50 each (per item)

    Payment

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. California state sales tax will be added to the final invoice for all orders purchased and shipped within California.

    Security/Payment Processing

    We use "VeriSign", the industry standard to provide protection for your credit card information. When you place your order, you will be directed to a secure site. Your credit card number will be encrypted for safe transmission.  We DO NOT store your credit card number after your order has been completed.  You will need to re-enter your credit card every time you make a purchase. Your privacy is respected.

    Proofs

    We offer a free online preview system for most of our products and hardcopy proofs are available for $7.50 each for all of our product lines. A hardcopy proof is a black and white faxed or e-mailed copy of the text you submitted in the lettering style of your choice set out the way it will be on your stationery items. A proof IS NOT an actual invitation printed in color.  Proofs add 3-4 business days on all orders. 

    Samples

    Order up to 3 free Nuart samples online.

    Please include your name, shipping address, and item number in your email request. Your sample will be sent via first class mail, so please allow time to receive your order. Rush samples are available for the cost of expedited air shipping.

    Changes and Cancellations

    Due to the speed at which orders are processed, changes are not always possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid errors and the cost of having it reprinted. If an order must be changed or cancelled, we will do everything possible to accommodate the request. Service charges may apply. Please use your Order Confirmation Number provided at checkout when referencing your order.

    Returns

    We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order. We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy, and will do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your order and our service. Even in situations where the customer has made an error in submitting their order, we are still happy to help by reprinting the order at cost.

    Ordering More

    The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. When you place your order, consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If you discover that you need more invitations after your order has been printed you will be charged the new order price.

    Rush Orders

     Because our production time is so fast, we do not offer rush service. However, if your order is time sensitive, please let us know so we can do our best to help move things along. You may also choose an expedited shipping method on the shipping screen to ensure the quickest delivery.
